Member accounts

When you create an account we store your email, display name, and the updates you choose. Your email is never shown publicly. Questions or deletion requests: info@musicbythepoet.net.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland / Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure ads and help them reach interested people. What is shared: pages visited on public pages, clicks on merch products and ticket links, and the fact that a new member account was created. With that, Meta may receive your IP address, browser details, and Meta cookie identifiers. If you accepted advertising cookies, a new account event may also include a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and account ID so Meta can match it to a Meta account.

Never shared: admin activity, account and notification pages, Vault audio, comments, passwords, or sign-in links.

In the JoethePoet iPhone app

Meta advertising measurement is disabled inside the JoethePoet iOS app. Meta's script never loads there, no Meta cookies are set, and no browser or server events are sent — even if you have accepted advertising cookies in a browser. The website's cookie choices and the Meta measurement described above apply when using JoethePoet.com in a browser.

Your choice

In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland nothing is shared until you accept. Everywhere else measurement is on by default and you can opt out. We keep a record of your choice (when, and which notice version) so we can honor it. You can change it any time; declining stops all further sharing from this browser.
